Policy Information

Check in time: 3:00 PM Check out time: 11:00 AM

- Early or late check-in fee is $15.00

- All rates are subject to state and local taxes ~All rates are subject to change without notice.

- Must be 21 years of age to register

- Your credit card will be charged for any damages to your room or furnishings during your stay.

- Your credit card will be charged a $250.00 fee if ANY evidence of smoking is found

- Pets are allowed ONLY in designated pet rooms

- Early departure fee is $100 or 25% of remaining stay, whichever is greater

- If a guest is a no show, their credit card will be charged 100% of the booked stay.

- Upon check in, 100% of the balance will be captured

- Guests will incur a fee of $35 if they cancel 2 or more days after the reservation was made.

- Guests will incur a fee of 100% of total charges if they cancel within 48 hours to check-in date
